Dropped off all my new bike bags at Hometown Bicycles last week : )
It’s so nice to see everything I’ve been working on for the last couple months all done and pretty. And nothing is better than when it’s well received!
I made a couple men’s wallets, I absolutely love the lining fabric I used in them. I’ve had the fabric for a couple of years now and it never seemed to quite match anything so when I noticed it finally matched this I was pretty pumped : )
I also used a couple of my newest patterns that I designed last fall, passport covers and a new style of wallet. I gave both of theses items to lots of family members last Christmas so they could test them out for me, I’ve also been carrying one of theses wallets for a couple of months now and I love it!
I only did one of these white on black coin purses. This is actually from my experimental stamping fabric and I decided not to do more of it because the back of the stamps are black so it’s really hard to see what you’re doing while stamping it.
Shaun and Dawn, the owners of Hometown Bicycles, did a fantastic job setting up all the bags too, I absolutely love the way they display them! They’re also awesome people to work with! I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful shop to carry my bags : )
If you live around Brighton I would definitely recommend you go check them out or at least check out their Facebook page, they’ve got LOTS of beautiful bicycles as well as fun bicycle themed accessories and gifts. They also host all sorts of fun events, like last month they hosted a pet adoption day and filled the store with puppies!!!! : D I would have really loved to go….. I love fuzzy animals…but Kyle would flip if I asked him for a dog right now…lol…one day though!
Hope your having a great week!
